2023-01-20 Blackboard Satisfaction Survey

The purpose of the study is to investigate satisfaction with a new Blackboard Learn shell structure in Psychology. This dataset contains the data collected using an online survey. Students were asked to rate their satisfaction for each element of the Blackboard learn shell on a 7-point scale (7 = highest satisfaction) as well as providing feedback (what goes well and what can be improved) as free text comments.
